All transactions are processed securely. Lumévia does not store payment card details on our servers.
4. Order Processing & Confirmation
Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email at the address provided at checkout. This confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order — it is an acknowledgment of receipt.
Lumévia reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. In such cases, you will be fully refunded.
5. Shipping & Delivery
5.1 Processing Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Processing times may extend during high-volume periods, launches, or promotional events.
5.2 Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times vary by location and shipping method selected at checkout. Lumévia is not responsible for carrier delays, customs processing times, or circumstances outside our control.
5.3 International Orders
Customers outside the domestic shipping zone are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or local fees. These are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
5.4 Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed lost by the carrier, please contact our support team within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the personal nature of beauty and wellness products, Lumévia accepts returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery, provided:
- The item is unused, in its original condition and packaging
- A valid proof of purchase is provided
- The item is not listed as a final sale or non-returnable product
6.2 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened skincare consumables or serums
- Intimate wellness devices once opened
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards
