Shipping Policy

At Lumévia, we believe the experience of receiving your order should feel just as elevated as the products inside. Every order is carefully processed, prepared, and dispatched with the same level of care and attention that defines our brand.


1. Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.

During high-demand periods — including new product launches, promotions, and seasonal events — processing times may be slightly extended. You will always be notified via email once your order has been dispatched.


2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery windows vary depending on your location and the product selected. Your delivery estimate will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates provided by our carrier partners. Lumévia is not responsible for delays caused by carrier circumstances, customs processing, or events outside of our control.






3. Where We Ship

3.1 Nationwide Shipping

Lumévia ships to all 50 states across the United States. Domestic orders are our priority, and we work with trusted carrier partners to ensure reliable and timely delivery to every corner of the country.


3.2 International Shipping

Select Lumévia products are available for international shipping. Availability by destination will be clearly indicated on the product page and confirmed at checkout.

If your country is not currently listed as an available shipping destination, please contact our team — we are continuously expanding our global reach and may be able to assist.


4. International Orders & Customs

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware of the following:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and local handling fees may apply upon delivery
  • These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost
  • Customs processing may add additional time beyond the estimated delivery window
  • Lumévia is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures or local regulations


We recommend checking your local import regulations before placing an international order. Lumévia is unable to mark orders as gifts or alter declared values on customs documentation.


5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order value, and selected shipping method. All applicable costs will be clearly displayed before you confirm your purchase.

We occasionally offer complimentary shipping promotions — any eligible offers will be applied automatically at checkout.


6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your personal tracking number and a direct link to monitor your delivery in real time.

If your tracking information has not updated within 5 business days of your dispatch notification, please reach out to our support team and we will investigate promptly on your behalf.


7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before confirming your purchase. Lumévia is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrectly entered address.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at alturahq@gmail.com. We will do our best to amend your details before dispatch — however, we cannot guarantee changes can be made once an order has entered processing.


8. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is confirmed as lost by the carrier, please contact our support team within 7 days of your expected delivery date.

When reaching out, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photographic evidence where applicable


We will work with you swiftly and professionally to reach a resolution that feels right.
